5:15 PM for set-up and tuning

(EXCEPTION: The basses and percussion from Hillview will be transported
by the School District for the students)

WHAT TO WEAR:
Boys: Long dark pants/white shirt
 Girls: Long dark pants or long or short dark skirt/white blouse or shirt

                        Participation at this concert is a part of the curriculum of these classes.  A parent or guardian signed note of excuse is required
                           for non-attendance at this concert.  Students who do not attend this event and do not bring that excuse note will have points
                           deducted on the academic portion of their grade.  These points can be made up by an alternative large assignment arranged
                           between the student and the teacher to be turned in before the end of the semester.
