students from both classes will practice together during 6th period
teachers will be sent a notice of students who will be excused for these rehearsals
teachers may opt not to allow students to attend the special rehearsals for academic concerns
All missing work and homework needs to be made up

AT THE END OF REHEARSAL
INSTRUMENTS IN CASES ARE TO BE LEFT BEHIND THE CURTAIN ON THE STAGE IN ORDER FOR THEM TO BE TUNED BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE
PLEASE REMEMBER:
THESE ARE SCHEDULED PERFORMANCES AND ARE PART OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CLASS AFFECTING THE ACADEMIC GRADE (WORTH 35 POINTS). ANYONE MISSING WILL NEED A NOTE OF EXCUSE SIGNED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN DETAILING THE REASON. ANY PERSON MISSING A CONCERT WITHOUT A VALID SIGNED EXCUSE WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING UP THOSE 35 POINTS BY A REPLACEMENT ASSIGNMENT.
