COMPOSER: Chopin Etude in C Minor "Revolutionary"(Fall of Warsaw) 1831
.....a. An etude is a French word for a musical study piece designed to provide practice material for perfecting a particular musical skill
2. Chopin wrote this piece during his Polish homeland's revolution against Russia. Due to poor health he could not fight for his beloved country so he wrote this music as a tribute instead

PERIOD 4 and 5 VIOLIN CLASSES FROM LAST SEMESTER NEED TO GET IN THEIR FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORMS FOR OUR FEBRUARY 24th FIELD TRIP TO THE DOWNTOWN DISNEY HALL. THERE ARE A FEW STUDENTS WHO STILL NEED TO TURN THEIR SLIPS IN!!!!!
